Good Health. The simple panacea that works for the majority.


In the end, maybe the most important health information one can give anyone for anything: are:

  1. eat a broad spectrum of healthy food items (without driving yourself crazy trying to do it),

  2. engage in moderate pleasant activity that you enjoy (preferably many in a healthy outdoor environment).

  3. if you don't have healthy companionship, get a dog (a small one if you live in an urban setting).

  4. be nice.
